It’s a little frustrating that there’s a loyalty programme but when you earn rewards they are only redeemable on certain products. There are other companies who don’t have this restriction and for the amount I spend on skincare I would rather use the companies rather than spending with face the future but not be able to redeem discount against the products I buy!

At the moment there are 19 gifts you can swap your points for when you place an order, as for restrictions, there are certain brands you cannot use the discount code on. Haven't used the facecream yet,been in hospital. Did take longer to arrive than I expected after paying for postage. Fortunate with my sensitive skin lotions from Suncare shop, FREE delivery .

Unfortunately I reacted to one of the products in the allies of skin kits . The customer service team were , at first, slow to react, citing the necessity of a patch test which is hidden away in the T&C's and not noticable when purchasing. I have never in all my years of buying skincare online ( many) been asked to patch test and I can count on one hand the number of times I have had a reaction so I was disappointed by this response. It took quite a few emails but finally they agreed that I could return all products and receive a full refund . - thankyou

The site is very confusing. The way they have made the points system to work now, is that despite me being logged on and trying to take off my points off the price I can’t do it. It’s very frustrating and it simply doesn’t work across different devises, especially on the phone.

Hi there, We're sorry to hear this. We aim to provide at least 6 months on all dated products we supply. Something which also aligns with Environ themselves: ✨Expiration date of at least 6 months left to run on products that have a post-production shelf life of 18 – 24 months. ✨Expiration date of at least 3 months left to run on products that have a post-production shelf life of 6 – 12 months. With the products received dating September and November, we can confirm that the dates are the longest which are currently supplied by the brand themselves. Unfortunately one of my items arrived damaged. I have emailed twice but had no response. The other item wasn't damaged and is great. The delivery was fast but unfortunately the poor communication regarding my damaged item is disappointing.

Hello David, That's odd. 🤔 We can see that you placed your order on the 17th December, a day in which we are of course closed, and we dispatched this on the 19th December. Royal Mail then delivered your order to your designated Safeplace on the 21st December. If you are facing any issues locating this, be sure to check your tracking information as an image has been provided upon delivery. Love the products from Espa which I use regularly and it arrived promptly but the excess packaging was unbelievable I received a huge cardboard box for 2 tiny lip balms that could have come in a small envelope- this was to accommodate a magazine I didn’t request.

Arrived in good time for Christmas. Unfortunately both gift boxes were battered and crushed which isn't the best for a present, but at least the products inside were intact. The packaging was good, so they were definitely crushed before they were even packed.

I would normally leave a 5 stars review but I was really disappointed when from my last order a organic headband was missing. It was a gift set for a friend of mine and I had to give it like that, with one item missing. I know it's not much but I would expect more from Face the Future. I have made a complaint, waiting to see how ot goes.

Hi I am slightly disappointed when my curiosity got the better of me and I looked in my partners advent calendar as she is old fashioned and likes fir everyday to be a surprise but I noticed that there was nothing in behind door number 18 and there is no other door with 2 items in would you please be able to help my query. Great range of products. I have used them for a few years. Unfortunately on my recent order the product I recieved was different from the product images. I recieved a pm cream. I was not looking for a night cream.

This is due to the product not containing any SPF.
