My order has not arrived. Customer services stated it will be reviewed in 10 days and that’s it. Disappointed as placed multiple orders and first issue, seem to have been ignored and left with out my paid for skin care products.

I keep receiving 20% off codes via text. So I load basket with the products I would like then it doesn’t take the 20% off. I have emailed customer service but haven’t received a response.

I raised an issue with my order waited 48hours for a response . Had to send pictures. Been a further 96 hours no response. Not what I expected at all especially as the cream security seal was undone

Was promised a high value freebie (hence, my recent order amount), no freebie option was available during check out, reached to out FTF, received irresponsible response + implications of me lying (the today payment amount from my most recent order clearly states that I qualify for the high value freebie, don’t know why FTF would assume customer is lying when the fact is clearly there) from team instead of any helpful/practical assistance.

Hi Beth, Thank you for your review. The mesoestetic AOX Ferulic has been reformulated, the new bottle is 15ml instead of 30ml but the price is cheaper due to this. The description does show that it is 15ml. Kind regards, Face the Future

An item was missing. You sent a short video proving nothing. The bank agreed it was insufficient and a charge back was given. Your customer service is beyond poor. You tried to get me to blame Royal Mail. Shocking.

As you confirmed there wasn't, our customer service team then checked the CCTV to see if it was a mistake on our side, we could see that all items were packed into your order and sent the CCTV to show this. The delay in receiving your order was with Royal Mail, they attempted delivery on 2 occasions but there was no answer so your parcel was sent to a local delivery office for collection. Very worse experience I bought one face cream and when I received it’s fully damaged and broken and I sent pictures all details to them they didn’t take any action it’s almost a week no return and didn’t received my refund this is very frustrating for me

I haven’t received the order yet after 10 days from the purchase date. Reached to the customer service and they said that I have to deal with the shipping company since they have shipped the package and they can’t do much.
