It had a noise inside, it seems something was broken insnside

Hi Laurettta The product you have purchased does have a ball bearing inside. If you shake the can, the rattling ball bearing helps to mix up the product, so the product is pushed out in a fine mist. Order arrived quickly did not seem overpriced although I had been given this product as a prescription by my G.P but was unable to obtain it from chemist so I tried online. which came up with FTF. It appears to be working as I have noticed significant releive from my skin problem.

Cannot review an order I still haven’t received. According to the Royal Mail tracking it’s gone south then north totally bypassing Aberdeen!

My product didn’t come in cellophane and when I used the pump the serum came out immediately which worried me, as usually it takes a few pumps to get the liquid out when the item is brand new. I won’t be buying again from face the future for this reason as I’m worried the item has already been used

The price for this product was very competitive. Unfortunately this product that states it’s a gel, when in fact it’s a cream.

Very bad at letting customer know how to redeem points. I got 500 for my birthday but was not informed how to use them. Similar with all incentives. You need to look after your consumers better. Perhaps someone could help me !!! Deborah WARLAND

No issue with the products. However, I would rather have paid for a considerate delivery than have my order left on my doorstep for days. I’m amazed it was still there when I returned. Boxes were mush and have to get rid of spiders and woodlice before I could bring it inside.

Prices were excellent as was communication and delivery time but unfortunately the package was not wrapped well enogh and a 500ml bottle of toner had the top ( and seal ) broken off. I have taken photos to show this and will forward them to you
