“It had a noise inside, it seems something was broken insnside”

Hi Laurettta The product you have purchased does have a ball bearing inside. If you shake the can, the rattling ball bearing helps to mix up the product, so the product is pushed out in a fine mist. “Order arrived quickly did not seem overpriced although I had been given this product as a prescription by my G.P but was unable to obtain it from chemist so I tried online. which came up with FTF. It appears to be working as I have noticed significant releive from my skin problem.”

“My product didn’t come in cellophane and when I used the pump the serum came out immediately which worried me, as usually it takes a few pumps to get the liquid out when the item is brand new. I won’t be buying again from face the future for this reason as I’m worried the item has already been used”

“No issue with the products. However, I would rather have paid for a considerate delivery than have my order left on my doorstep for days. I’m amazed it was still there when I returned. Boxes were mush and have to get rid of spiders and woodlice before I could bring it inside.”
