Wrong product sent , I asked for DAILY volumne shampoo but was sent volumne shampoo . Already sent an email regarding this but have not yet received a reply .

Really disappointed the item never arrived - i was asked to fill out a missing form. I have been told i will get a response in 30 days? In the meantime i am £30 down without the product ? Poor service first and last time I will shop here.

Hi Lisa Sorry you are disappointed. As your parcel states it was delivered with Royal Mail we do need to raise this as a claim with them. As stated in the email from Customer service it is up to 28 working days, but can be earlier depending on Royal Mail. Please be assured we chase claims with Royal Mail on a daily basis and we will be in touch as soon as we have a response. Kind Regards Face the Future

No shipment update upon delivery. It was until I remember and check then I realized the product is outside since 2 October while today is 10 Oct 2024. Poor communication.

Hi Anna, We have checked your order and can see this was ordered on 19/09/2024 and your order was processed and dispatched on the same day. The tracking link does show that delivery attempts were made on the 21st and the 23rd of September but there was no answer. I received a faulty product and because it had leaked over the box I threw it in the bin I had taken pictures before this to show you but because I don’t have the product now you won’t refund me rediclous

I am not happy with cosmelan 2 products.this time .It's go's dry on my skin. When I rub. This is not first time i am using. I have been used COSMELAN 2 before.. I will leave my feedback later.

Hi Sandra, The order was placed on the 6th of September and left us on the same day. The courier marked this parcel as delivered on the 9th of September. My order was sent to a different address, an address unknown to me, although the person on the phone was kind, she basically said my order was lost and there was nothing they could do. This was very disappointing. I had had a similar problem with an Estée Lauder order the same week and they sent out another package immediately. Very disappointed with Face the Future.

As we previously advised, the parcel was sent to the address provided by yourself at checkout. When an order is placed, it is the customer's responsibility to ensure all of the information provided is correct. We can see there was an order confirmation sent to you via email when the order had been placed and the address on there is the one we sent the parcel to. All calls are recorded and you explained that the other parcel you mentioned went missing with the courier, this is a different issue as your parcel hasn't been lost by our courier. If we had been contacted before the parcel had left us we would have been able to update the address but unfortunately we weren't contacted until the parcel had been delivered and at this point we cannot amend this. Received a product which has been used and despite speaking with support to advise some product was missing from bottle etc. I was repeatedly told it was normal to have no seal - which I agreed that was not the issue. The issue is to receive an item with product missing and be used by someone else potentially prior..

We can see you initially contacted us because the product you received didn't have a seal. Our customer service team contacted the brand directly who confirmed that these don't have a seal, you then advised the product didn't look as full as it should, at this point the customer service team sent you a pre-paid label to return this to us so we could send a replacement or issue a refund. Nothing to say about the products they are selling but from my own experience, the customer service is poor and they are easy on blaming customer for any issues you will occur. I have placed the order of two items and only received one in the parcel. I contacted them and explained that the parcel came in a reasonable state and no visible damage was present but it was an easy stick on package and perhaps someone had opened it or I don't know the item came out of it and the delivery guy just sticked it back up? I am not sure but the fact is that I only had 1 item in the parcel. They say they have CCTV in the warehouse and proof of delivery but what about the transit of it? They just told me that is not possible and denied any investigation or even asking to royal mail if anything had happened that day. I am not sending back the other item too because they are just unfair. Easy to just take customer money and make my waste my time contacting them. When submitting the claim form, you cannot even upload a normal photo from your phone. I was not able to and had to send the form without it. I packed the item to send it off and send the pictures to them because I couldn't get the tape off it anymore as it would have ripped the parcel. This is just my experience and I don't know if it is just a one off situation but really I feel like I have been robbed. And now to return the item, I have to pay both fees. The return and the delivery fees as my order was eligible for free delivery. What a rip off. Seriously I lost like £40 Well done, Face the future

Due to customer service providing you with the CCTV evidence and you stating the packaging was intact unfortunately we cannot investigate the matter further. My initial order was delayed being dispatched which meant I was out of town when it was eventually delivered. Face the Future then charged me postage to re-deliver.

Hi Patricia Unfortunately your order was delayed due to the delay in you completing the consultation form required, despite our attempts to contact you. The form needs to be updated every 4 months due to brand stipulation. Due to this your parcel was returned to us which meant we needed to redeliver to you at a cost. Kind Regards Face the Future
