Shame that rewards can’t be used for all brands that are frequently purchased, even though points are gained by purchasing those brands. It forces you to consume by spending on other things not needed (unsustainable) or lose your points. Also made an error activating points to redeem to only see it was for a minimum spend of £250 but didn’t pay attention. And can’t un activate it I feel it’s unnecessary. Not sure how your price these rewards but you may put off a customer like me for having too many rules

Unfortunately there are a few brands out of the over 150 that we stock that we cannot include in these. I started buying from face the future because of the shopping experience and the generosity of the samples. The deliveries have gotten slower and the samples have gotten smaller / non existent. However they have a great selection of products so I stay. I used to buy a lot more pricey items initially so maybe that’s why .

If you are needing an order quickly then you can upgrade your shipping. I can only give you 3* because I've had major problems extracting sunspray from the container. The dispensing device just doesn't work! I had about two squirts of the stuff from the bottle and so far, that's all I've had. Think I'll have to cut the top off which will be an awful mess. So - cannot really review the sunspray.

Ordering was quick and easy, and the price was competitive. Unfortunately on delivery the bottle was not done up tightly meaning that it had leaked slightly on transit. There was not too much missing from the bottle (estimate less than 1/5 of the product) but when you're paying £45 for a small bottle, any loss is relatively quite costly.

I'd meant to order the night cream but ordered the eye cream by mistake. The customer service was pretty good but for a tiny pot, the return charge of £4.50 seemed a little steep.

I’ve been a customer for a while but overall I do feel the customer service is slightly lacking. On the last occasion, I had asked if my order could be sent via signed for or recorded delivery (high value order) and if it could be dispatched on the same day to which the response was pretty much along the lines of - computer says no. In the past when I have asked for samples from the brand I use, the response was the same. Bit of a shame really.

Expensive site, check elsewhere to get better value OK I got the stuff quickly Problem is once they've your email address they don't leave you alone constant unwanted mails

Good products however why has the point system changed we used to collect points for money off now it % off if you spend so much. Also I find it extremely difficult to apply the discounts I can never find the way to use it so really disappointed with this change.

I've always been really happy with Face The Future. Their deliveries are fast, and their pricing reasonable. However more recently, every time I place an order I'm asked to complete a questionnaire, I understand why, that's not my issue, my issue is that this is information required every 4 months, and up until a few months ago I was only asked to complete the form when the last one had expired. Now I get them every time I place an order, so I'm having to check if it's needed each time, as no one informs you it's not needed, which means it halts the delivery until done. I've asked them to go back to the original plan of only requesting every 4 months but they can't, despite this being the way they have always done it. Very annoying.

Hi Jo Thank you for your review, and we apologise if you find this annoying. Whenever a Environ order is placed the system automatically sends out an Environ form, this doesn't mean you need to fill one out every time. Customer service team check this everyday and will only contact you if the consultation is out of date. Unfortunately it is a stipulation from the brand that we need to have a completed form every 4 months for us to be able to sell Environ products. Kind Regards Face the Future

The shopping experience is great, sadly it’s been two weeks and haven’t got my delivery. There was one delivery attempt and still haven’t got it, it would be better if it was. Possible to allow the delivery person to leave at my doorstep.

From your tracking link your order was shipped from our warehouse the following day from placing your order and delivery was attempted then the day after that, and 2 more times again by Royal Mail. So I bought a sunscreen from this website.i m not 100% satisfied as i received product which were didn’t show any expiry date on. Seems to be fake ,to be honest.. I m not sure I would purchase from them these sunscreens again.

Hi Maria The products you purchased are direct from the supplier. This is a statement from them 'In the US expiration dates on non-OTC products are not required, we had started the process to remove expiration dates as we are an international brand. The products you purchased have a 2-year shelf life.' Hope this helps to put your mind at ease. The site itself is easy to use and delivery was good. Unfortunately the supplement Menofriend made me extremely sick. I had severe stomach pain and was physically ill for two days unable to keep food down. I have therefore stopped taking it and the other supplement I bought to be on the safe side, so, sadly, I feel my money was wasted.

My favourite Heliocare coloured foundation has been discontinued. Option light or dark. I order the dark colour, but ask if I can have a sample of the light colour. Not possible as Face The Future only send out random samples.
