“actifry ORIGINAL model replacement handle was spot on BUT the replacement ring sent for this model was the wrong one. If you are able to send the correct one I will gladly return the wrong one which does not fit this model. Your delivery service was very good. p.s. I did email the company on this problem during this last week but as of today heard nothing. Thank you in anticipation of your continued servicace. Paul Bridge-Wilkinson”

“I order this in error tried relentlessly to cancel to no avail and this is what arrived see image below. I requested to return it on several attempts but they said it would cost too much and offered me 5 dollars. No instructions included terrible item terrible service avoid like the plague !”
