“Sadly my delivery went astray in the coronavirus disruption but Ezee-Fix contacted me to check to see if i had received it as they had noted from calls and emails from clients who ordered at the same time that there was a problem. Within a couple of hours of me confirming i hadnt got my order yet they had refunded my card and it was back in my bank I will be very happy to use such an honest caring company again once everything gets back to normal .”

“I was delighted to receive my order on Saturday through the post but there was confusion when I telephoned to find out on Thursday to see when I could expect the order I was told it was not in stock! I actually went out and bought another steamer as I was desperate to clear up after builders!”
