“Very disappointing experience with Ezee-Fix. I ordered what I thought was the correct part but it turned out to be incorrect and that was my error. However, I emailed Ezee-Fix 4 times requesting that I return the incorrect part and swap it out for the correct part but not one email was acknowledged or replied to.”

Dear Customer , we send you 4 replies , please check your Spam folder We explained to you that item must be return , send to our address with note attached with order number (so we can identify order and buyer) when item returned the the same day refund will be sent Please check your Spam folder , maybe then you consider remove unfair review
