“Feed back for Ellis & Thompson staff in Cobham- I have been a customer for 23 years and despite having not lived permanently in the UK for the last 13 years, I still ensure I come to Cobham as least twice a year for my eyes. The service level is exceptional, from the Optometrist to the kind and friendly service provided by the reception staff & Julian and last but not least Kim and Alan. Alan's attention to detail in choosing the right design and Kim's overall care and attention for providing the best level of personal service is why, whether when I have lived in Australia or Brazil, I always come back to them year on year, Thank you so much for looking after me. “I had glasses made 3 different times at Vison Express and every single time my vision was blurry. After 2 months, 2 visits and 3 attempts, I decided to get refunded and go to the Eye Academy. I was recommended to get 2 pais of glasses to resolve the issue and within 10 days my problem was solved.”
