“I ordered lenses which were supposed to be delivered after week. The lenses were actually delivered more than 3 weeks after the order was placed. In the meanwhile I did not receive communication from the shop but only got updates when I reached out to them. Additionally, when I placed the order, I was told that it would take 1 hr to get my glasses fitted but when I then found out that it would actually take 2.5 hrs. As I do not live close to the shop I had to leave them and collect them after a few days which caused me inconvenience. Apart from these issues which could be easily address with a bit more attention to detail, I would generally happy with the service and the quality of the people in the shop.”

“My recent experience is a bit mixed. First an assistant told me they didn’t carry stock of any trial contact lenses so I couldn’t be provided with a few to tide me over. That was annoying. On the other hand when the ones I ordered came in another assistant drove them out to me when they finished work. I said don’t worry but they went ahead and did it which was so good of them. Thank you... as I say, mixed!”

I do object that when l arrive for an appointment with Allan, he was with a couple from Egypt, they where WALk IN'S they did not have an appointment. I was left waiting, Allan did not have the manners to see me. Why was l left waiting when l had an appointment. ?? Why was l not phoned, you have my numbers. Rhona Kelly.”
