“Fabulous customer service. They really take time to listen to any concerns during their very thorough eye examination. They then help you to select the right frames to suit your face and personality. The staff are so well trained it’s a pleasure to go there, even though it’s usually because my eyesight has got worse and I need new prescription glasses!”

“The eye test was great and very thorough. I was told that I would only be without my glasses for one day to change the lenses. After chasing daily I was without my glasses, unable to work, for over four days. I was given different explanations by different people for the delay. When I finally got my glasses I was told that I would get a definative explanation, but know one bothered to follow up.”
