“Feed back for Ellis & Thompson staff in Cobham- I have been a customer for 23 years and despite having not lived permanently in the UK for the last 13 years, I still ensure I come to Cobham as least twice a year for my eyes. The service level is exceptional, from the Optometrist to the kind and friendly service provided by the reception staff and last but not least, Kim and Alan. Alan's attention to detail in choosing the right design and Kim's overall care and attention for providing the best level of personal service is why, whether when I have lived in Australia or Brazil, I always come back to them year on year, Thank you so much for looking after me”

“It was suggested I needed s special eye scan which I could get in the shop, as I have private health care I spoke to my dr said said why ! There was no suggestion anything was wrong. I called the shop and was assured someone would call me back as I was worried something was wrong .... I’m still waiting 2.5 months later. I paid 250.00 for my glasses and it’s the first time I used your shop but will not be going back as I’m disappointed”
