“V.good experience/examination with Romana 29.10.19 If I have a criticism, it was having to pay £300 for plugs that I didn't ask for, nor was I told how much they would cost!!! Only discovered the cost when paying after consultation!!! Once in place, I was told they would last for 6 months, longer than previous plugs. However Romana has referred me to Mr V Tanner for cataract surgery, so why the 6 month plugs and £300 expenditure? Not in my opinion a good business strategy!!!”
