“Very easy to use with good explanation on how to carry it out. Also said it may take to to 48 hrs but was sorted and issued to me in just 2 hours. Excellent service and well worth the money.”

“I was charged twice 29,99 then 36 US dollars ,I made a mistake and I ordered an unlock for an already unlocked phone and even though it stated that in the eligibility report but what mixed me up is that there was a button stating unlock, why is there a button to unlock a already unlocked phone ,”

From what you've mentioned, it seems you initially paid $28.99 for an Eligibility Check, which revealed that your iPhone 11 was already unlocked. The subsequent $36 payment you made was for the Standard Unlock service. As per our terms (7.1 Guarantee does not apply where handset appears to be BLACKLISTED or in iCLOUD LOST mode or Blocked by Apple), if the eligibility check shows that the device is already unlocked, it's not eligible for a refund. The unlock button exists to proceed with purchases for users who need their phones unlocked - it's a standard feature on the website, but I understand how it might be confusing in your situation. While I acknowledge that this isn't the news you were hoping for, I encourage you to regard the Eligibility Check as a valuable confirmation of your phone's status, ensuring that it's ready for use on any network without the need for further unlock procedures. “A first class service. It did take a little longer than I expected, but this was due to a complication where the unlock codes had to be obtained from phone manufacturer and not the service provider O2. The whole process took approx: 5 days! Codes arrived and phone unlocked within minutes. The only negative aspect I found with the process was the 2 phase method of charging. I think this should of been made clearer at the start of the ordering process (unless I missed it).”

“Absolutely amazing, I was selling my old phone & didn’t know it was locked. While the people were on my door step I unlocked the phone and it was done instantly even though it said it could take upto 5 minutes! Very impressed & would definitely recommend”
