Since your order status shows "Unlock Complete" and your unlock code is available, if your phone isn't prompting for an unlocking code, you may need to consider the Remote USB Unlock option for an additional fee. “It worked. But the webpage should clearly tell you that it takes days or weeks for the process to happen. Also it should tell you an estimate total price, not just only the first pay.”

“I was wary at first but the process was quick. One thing I would say is read the T&C's as it cost more than I initially thought. However, I was getting frustrated so it was worth it.”

“So far so good. I was a little sceptical at first, it’s not the sort of thing I usually go for having always believed that the only way to unlock was at a dodgy stall in a marketplace. I decided to go ahead with the unlocking service as I wanted to install an eSIM, and being locked to a certain provider that sells groceries and rhymes with jesco that had terrible network speeds and that I could never get any signal on, I know what had to be done. The process is simple, it’s a two stage payment system (which at first made me think I’d been scammed) but Expressunlocks explain very clearly why things are done this way. I haven’t tried out the unlocked phone yet and I’m yet to install the much needed eSIM so I can’t give a full review but, as I said at the beginning, so far so good.”

“I was a little apprehensive about using an online unlock site however it was very straightforward. Initially the countdown said to allow 24 hours, no need to panic, the code came through in about 20 minutes. Just ensure that you know the phone you're unlocking is a personal purchase phone and is not ex company purchase. Make sure you click the correct box, this was my mistake, not expressunlocks.com.”

“I ordered a phone unlock on my Samsung and these guys were very quick at responding.
