“Garbage! Didn’t work, why have a refund policy but no refund. My account got credited so I had to spend it anyways, like I paid with store credit tf. So I had no choice to but to spend it back just to do the samething but instead of gettting charged $6.99 again then I was charged $28 dollars for just for a imei lookup then got an email saying it was unlocked just to be charged $56 dollars after that so my remaining $27 credits were no longer on my order and it didn’t show the charge on my debit card for the $28. But after I got the confirmation email I was told I would get $10 added back on my card I didn’t get so I resubmitted my review, so here we are.”

“Was recommended by a shop to use this service to unlock my phone so it would then let me use my new simcard as the phone was locked to Vodafone. I was abit nervous to use the service as I had never done it before but I can say it was very easy to use easy to follow instructions and I received the unlock code for the phone very quickly. I would highly recommend this service rather than traveling to the shop to get this done. Saves time and money. Brilliant service thank you very much”

“Used this service to unlock an old phone for my daughter to use as a temporary phone whilst her phone was repaired, easy and quick to do instructions were clear. . Down side was we didn't read/realise how much the unlocking service costed we thought the initial payment was for the hole service, but that was our fault as we should have read the information properly x”

“Used this service as EE directed me to the site. Initially charged £11 to unlock however on payment I then faced another £29 to complete the process. Found this disappointing as I'd have rather have been advised of the full amount from the get go. Anyway... Once payment was confirmed by them all went OK. Their Web page said the unlock could take up to an hour. However it took about 20 minutes so pleased with the time it took.”

“Wanted to unlock an old phone for my son. Such an easy process. The checks were done very fast...even changed the network because i was not sure what it was and guessed. Then the unlock code. Again extremely quick and code came within 10 mins. Worked, no issues and phone now unlocked. Thank you.”

“After I paid all fees in total (£12 checks and 26 unlock fee) I received confirmation that my iPad unlock was completed, but it wasn’t and they still investigate it because they don’t know what happened, it’s already past 2 weeks since it started but iPad still locked to EE and I didn’t get any refund-waste of money”
