Brilliant service, for someone who is too busy to even think of taking the phone to a shop it was super helpful to do online. It was very quick and efficient and the phone was unlocked immediately. Happy to have found this website! I didn’t need to communicate with the customer service as it was all done very straightforward by clicking the buttons and making payment.

Everything went swimmingly. Phone seems to be working fine after the unlock. Besides the price being a little high for such a simple process that didn't take very much time only 2 small things could make the process better. 1) Be honest about the price for a full unlock up front. Don't charge a fee simply for checking to see if your phone is capable and then charging a 2nd fee for the actual unlock service. Be up front and show your fees for "code only" and "remote unlock" services and you shouldn't charge for a service that does nothing but check the unlock status and doesn't actually provide a service at all. 2) Have a way to setup a scheduled day and time for the unlock procedure should you need a remote unlock service. I didn't like that I had to wait for someone to contact me about scheduling a day and time when I could have scheduled it using a calendar system. You lost a couple of stars for pricing and scheduling of the unlock service.

We're using an old phone for our kids birthday, was Vodafone and moving to EE PAYG. On the morning of the birthday (a Sunday) we needed the phone unlocked quickly. Found Expressunlocks online, instructions were easy to follow, for getting the IMEI number. Then the precheck was super quick, enabling us the get to the second phase for the code for the unlocking. Second phase initially said 48 hours as a default i expect, but the code was through in about half an hour. Really fast service which I would recommend over and over again.

Certainly not the cheapest and I'm not sure the way it's set up, with the double payments is too great, doesn't make it clear you have to pay double again after for the actual code. But the £10 back helps a bit with that.
