“Hi. I have paid £10 to unlock my SIM card but my it still locked can you send my money back please if you can’t fix my SIM card?”

Hi Ayman Please contact Live Support who can assist with you better than I can. However I will try to help: Your phone is certainly now unlocked for any sim card. If your sim card is locked with a PIN number, you will probably need to contact your carrier in order to unlock the sim. Charlotte

“This is a service purely to cheat you out of your money. First it charges you to check your phone can be unlocked, then it charges you to purchase the unlock code, which won’t work of course, but don’t worry, you can part with more money for a master code which I’m assuming won’t work for either. So, if you wish to throw £35+ out the window and still have a locked phone, this is the service for you.”

“Had to unlock phone and needed some help so we choose expressunlocks. Simple instructions to follow. Ended up costing more than we thought it would but so glad to get resolved. Responded well to questions and emails thought it might have taken 10 days originally forecast but thankfully fully recovered and working in 4 days. Thank you”

“Absolutely amazing service and the propmt reply and help from the staff was second to none..... my process did take over a week, but the staff were on had to reassure and keep me up to date.... unfortunately this unlocking does not seemed to have worked on my device but I suppose it's a risk you take doing things like this online and paying up front.... if this had worked I'd have thought it was great value unfortunately I won't be retrying”
