The service was good as far as being straight forward and easy to understand, and saved me some hassle I would have had otherwise trying to get it unlocked, although the code said 48 hours it ended up being a lot sooner at just under 2 hours which is much appreciated Though one issue I would have is the two stages of payment without any prior warning of the price, I feel this should be made more obvious as nearly Ā£40 in two stages feels like taking advantage to an extent.

Required an old phone of mine to be unlocked to a different network for my son to use. Completed the information on line and it was a very simple and straightforward procedure to follow. It stated online it would take 3 days to complete the unlocking of the phone but that was over a bank holiday weekend however I was very pleasantly surprised when it took less than 48 hours to complete.

Very fast but a bit expensive for something that seems to be a fully automatic process. It probably took around 30 mins to get my iPhone 6 unlocked from EE network. I tested it with a different operator card and everything seems to work fine. The process was very straightforward, no crashes, errors, ads or issues, email updates came as expected, the status on the tracking page was updating just fine. Definitely worth using if you have no time or desire to shop for a cheaper deal and need your phone unlocked asap but I didnā€™t like the fact it didnā€™t give me the full price straight away and forced to pay for a preliminary check while I knew the phone wasnā€™t stolen or locked.

They took my money and ā€˜unlockedā€™ a phone which was already unlocked the SIM card had been deactivated not the phone being lockedā€¦ surely they should tell you and not take the second payment!
