“Super impressed. I was a little sceptical at first as I was asked for a second payment and don’t know much about these things and had rushed in to try and sort my child’s phone for travelling to school etc. but the service was easy and very good. The bonus being I can now use the sim I ordered without even thinking the phone could be locked and had got a good deal on for data and minutes, as I already hold a contract with them. Within about an hour the phone was unlocked and I was able to use the sim I’d ordered right away. My eldest is very happy to finally have a proper phone now that it’s unlocked, and not have to rely on being home on wifi. There was constant communication from the site from start to finish about the progress, even rectifying that I had got the server it was locked to wrong but the altered it for me themselves and continued with the unlock. Will be using this again for my youngest’s phone when her sim arrives too! Very happy.”

“After being concerned about using these types of services because of potential fraud problems I was hesitant at first to attempt this. Rest assured, I will confirm to anyone reading this review I was pleasantly surprised in the ease of using this service, the speed of the service provided was absolutely incredible, phone unlocked within 10 minutes from start to finish of the process. “Really good service and very quick. Unlocked our EE phone within a matter of minutes and despite having a few small issues they were quickly resolved with their help and guidance, Definetly use again in the future should the need arise.”

“Family iPhone left in drawer unusable as locked to O2. Previous attempts to unlock unsuccessful. Expressunlocks advised locked to EE not O2 after initial check. Unlock completed within 30 minutes with updates throughout. Phone now back in daily use. Many thanks!”
