“Excellent service by Express Unlocks Galaxy A20e unlocked from Vodafone to use on any network. Reading some reviews they seemed negative saying it was a scam but it is clear if you read on what you are paying £11.99 for eligibility check If your phone passes then there is an unlock fee, mine was £26 I paid on my credit card in case anything to cover my back But hey! They unlocked it within 30 minutes Sent my unlock code Put new sim in Phone requests code, Put code in , unlocked Simple! I would recommend Express Unlocks to anyone it just cuts out all the hassle!”

“The live chat service is a great addition to have for support. Timescale wasn’t correct but was updated throughout. It would be better if you gave a better timescale to set expectations. I know all networks etc are different but 48 hours turned into 7 days. My phone was also unlocked before you made me aware. Pricing isn’t clear also. Full price needs to be advertised”

“I've used their services due to the amount of good reviews from here. First of all after you'll pay the first payment you'll need to pay once more. I did all that and my phone it's still locked. They will email you asking to write a review and they will refund you 10£ . I've done that as well and they haven't refunded anything. Tried to contact them through email not once and I had no response.”
