“This phone was a bit of a pain to unlock, as it was locked to an American company and we're trying to unlock in uk. It took a few days but was eventually unlocked. Happy with the results. And would use this service again.”

“Scam. Avoid!!!!!! They have just emailed me to say if I remove this negative comment they will give me £10!! Lol. This is how you know they are definitely a scam company. Please don't use them. You will never see your money again. COMPLETE SCAM!”

“Excellent service. Requested unlock codes on Friday from Network. Some issues from Network so the codes were automatically requested from Samsung. Unlocked without any further issues, new SIM in, code entered, phone unlocked. Really easy to follow.”

“I was actually unlocking a friend's phone for him, and had never done an unlock before. The whole procedure took less than half an hour, with extremely good instructions being sent at each stage by email. My friend was therefore able to continue using his phone, with his new service provider, very quickly. Having successfully unlocked it, we now only have to port his old number to the new SIM, which I hope will go as smoothly.”

“Express lock was easy to use and very quick. I needed to get my iPhone unlocked. With expressunlocks I didn’t even need to leave my home. I just logged on, provided an id number and paid. Within 10 minutes my phone was unlocked. Only point I would make is that they have a two payment system which I wasn’t clear on. First is to do a check and second is to actually unlock. This came as a surprise but the convenience and overall service was still very good. Would recommend if in a rush.”
