“Excelente servicio, mi teléfono estaba bloqueado en AT&T, tardo 5 días en que me brindaran los códigos de desbloqeos y hubo un pequeño error y ellos amablemente me resolvieron ese inconveniente, 100% recomendado el servicio, de verdad haganlo con confianza para desbloquear su teléfono.”

“This did work and my son's phone is unlocked. However it is very easy to miss the text that says that payment is in 2 stages, the first £12 to check details and then a further £26 to actually get the phone unlocked. We missed this detail and the information is not available on the website. It would be good if it was clearer.”

“Expensive but they do deliver and the customer service was good. You must read the T&C’s fully so you’re aware of the full costs. Aside from the initial eligibility costs there is then the much larger Unlocking cost. Ours took much longer than advertised, issue with network provider but the customer service was very responsive.”

“More expensive than at first glance but did the job we required - successfully unlocked phone reasonably quickly. Totalled around £40 by the end. Pretty easy to do - just click through. We didn’t read the full info about pricing so were surprised to be charged an additional amount to complete the unlock half way through the process - this could be made clearer rather than having to trawl through the Ts&Cs. That said, if you need to unlock a phone at short notice and don’t mind spending a lot of money on doing so it worked well for us in the end.”
