“My phone did get unlocked after a couple of days with no problem I can't give a positive review because I feel the charges are expensive and, despite the company's caveats that the additional charge after "eligibility" are not clear. I have since found that I could have got same result on eBay for £12. I had to pay £38. I expect this review won't be put on the website”

“Nice website (sponsored link), easy to navigate. Paid the 'unlock for £11.99' after pressing the button. Disappointed after waiting 5 minutes only to be informed this was only an eligibility check. Shops do this service for a similar price. I was then requested to pay a further £26 to complete the service. £37.99 total. A complete joke. Do not fall for this scam.”

“I was absolutely skeptical because I had to pay an additional for the premium services (since my phone was still in contract with T-Mobile under a payment plan). However they negotiated a lower pay off rate for me AND unlocked my phone 4 days earlier than I expected. I would absolutely recommend and use Express Unlocks again any day!!”

“I used this service for a Samsung note 10 it was completely locked and my daughter could not use it. The price was £40 and it did take a while for this to be unlocked due to Ee not wanting to help. They went to Samsung instead to get the codes which was successful I am so happy and glad it was able to be unlocked. Thank you Naomi”

“Very happy with how quick this happened for a total of £38. There is an eligibility fee first (£11.99) to check if your phone can perform an unlock and then a purchase fee to carry out the unlock (£26). I had a querey about the product and the custoer service team got back to me very quick and they were very polite and helpful It took less than 5 mins with a good wifi connection. 10/10 would reccomend.”

“I was very skeptical at first, I'm in Canada so it was about 100$ to get the unlock. While it took longer than expected, the support team was responsive and followed up with me during the whole process. I finally got my unlock code which worked immediately so all in all, while on the expensive side, I am very satisfied with the service expressunlocks provided.
