“I was a little hesitant, I thought I was being scam out of my money. It's like everyday I contacted their customer rep "Anna" and she reassured me of the process each time and before a week time I got the code to unlock my phone to any service provider”

Thanks for being so patient . We had to get your codes from Samsung as opposed to AT&T which is why it took a little longer than usual.

“Successfully unblocked my phone but I felt conned by the their charging structure. An initial fee only checks your phone is able to be unlocked. Then the sucker punch that it’s another £25 to unlock the phone. I wouldn’t have used their service if I’d realised this to start with. I feel I’ve been scammed.”

“Unlocked my phone with them and it was done ASAP. All I had to do was enter my number and wait a few minutes. Also very useful considering I was travelling last minute and needed this done quickly. Very easy service I have to say. No problems at all - would recommend 5/5.”

“I paid 18 pound for a ipad unlocked, then it asked for money when they did the checks, and still did not work, ipad is still locked i opened a ticket to chat they asked for a scteenshot of ipad then never heard anything else back, its a scam stay away”
