Very happy that Express Unlocks can unlock my phone remotely. It was quick and easy and worked really well when I followed the instructions. Perhaps if I'm being a little over critical the instructions could be a little more explcit in terms of the need to switch off your phone and switch it back on again. The only real criticism I have is that the initial page to begin the process doesn't make it clear enough that the initial payment is only to check that your phone can be unlocked. There is then a second payment to actually unlock the phone, assuming that it is possible to do this remotely. Other than that I'm very happy.

Brilliant service would highly recommend. Broke my phone and desperately needed a phone for work commitments, brought a second hand phone to then find out it was network locked, find this site with good reviews. 30 minutes later phone unlock to any network. Absolute life saver. Will definitely be using the site again for fast phone unlocking rather than waiting days for network providers to do it,

The service was very easy to understand and easy to use . I must admit I was dubious after paying the £11.99 and then being asked to pay £26.99 that it was a scam but as I was desperate i went for it and im glad I did. Once I made the second payment I was again disappointed as it said estimated time 2 days to unlock but to my surprise I received the unlock code within 20 mins of making payment. The code worked and the phone was unlocked. Overall a very good service and quick and easy to use. Would use it again if I needed to and would recommend to my friends and family .

I was unsure at first, having not used the service before, but it turned out to be quick and efficient and a bit of a life saver actually! I needed to activate a new sim in an old phone for my son to use - I didn’t realise I would need to unlock it until we tried the sim and saw the message saying we needed a pin. Express locks was easy to use and a quick fix after a stressful hour trying to figure out what to do next!
