Very easy to use service. Just followed the instructions and paid the fee required. Recieved the unlock within 20 minutes and my tablet was working on the new network 20 minutes later.

Initially I wasn't sure if this was a valid service. When I tried it,it quickly identified my mobile type, my IMIE and that it was registered to Vodafone. As these matched I gave it a try.At first you pay for the unlock service,later there's also a charge from your network provider to extricate your sim from their network This was Initially £11.00 then £26.p0 for Vodafone. Once paid the system unlocking continued. I then got an email with a link to unlock, with a code. I was relieved to find that as per instructions, when I restarted my phone,it requested a sim unlock code.I entered the code and mobile was unlocked.its reasonably easy to follow the onscreen prompts. There did seem to be a delay in set-up,but when I checked emails it had the link and code,so worked seamlessly. I'd recommend. After unlocking my phone,I received a link requesting a review, for submitting this review,they advise they'll refund £10.00

Super fast service unlocking my phone, zero complaints about the service. It would help however if your pricing were clearer from the get-go as I did not expect to have to make two payments for this (one for the eligibility check and another for unlocking). Please make that clear on your website.

After several unsuccessful attempts via EE to unlock my phone I used expressunlocks. I was a bit worried about using an online service but they did unlock my phone in about half an hour which was a relief! IThe instructions for unfreezing then unlocking were very clear and would recommend this company.

Having never used a service like this I was concerned that it might not work. My main concern was finding a company that was trustworthy, after reading reviews I chose ExpressUnlocks. The second code required was stating 9+ days to come through, in less than 48 hours, after manically refreshing whilst being nagged by a teenager, the code arrived. If you get stuck or confused there’s help available and the instructions are clear and easy to follow, once not being nagged by a teen. Would recommend to anyone who needs to unlock a phone.

It was a very simple process and took literally a matter of minutes to get my phone unlocked. I simply googled to find this company and then followed their instructions. I had no idea how to do an IMEI code but expressunlocks tell you how to do this. It saved me having to ring my carrier and spend time while they persuaded me to stay with them. My phone is now unlocked so I can go with the best deal.

This did work and my son's phone is unlocked. However it is very easy to miss the text that says that payment is in 2 stages, the first £12 to check details and then a further £26 to actually get the phone unlocked. We missed this detail and the information is not available on the website. It would be good if it was clearer.
