“I was a little skeptical at the beginning, but after reading the reviews, decided to give a shot. I was quoted a week for unlocking. Then the week was over, it was still locked and I was so upset. But after few hours voila-my phone was unlocked! The best thing about this service is that you don’t have to leave your phone anywhere, drop it off, pick up. “The service itself is very good but I was not impressed at having paid £11:99 for the unlock service, to then be told that that money had just funded the checks to see whether my phone could be unlocked and I now needed to pay a further £26 to get the unlock codes. This is duplicitous at best and needs reporting . Beyond that the service works but needs to be advertised as the £38 approx that it is. Leaves a bad taste I’m afraid. Wish I had read the reviews first and I would have used someone else as I don’t like false advertising or feeling cheated.”
