“I needed to unlock an old phone for a young person who had come to stay with me. This was so easy to do. It means I can put her on a cheap monthly SIM card without having to go into contract.”

“I bought a phone which was supposed to be unlocked. It wasn't. Expressunlocks managed to efficiently unlock it, without me having to go to a phone shop. Efficient service, but you have to follow the prompts and be patient.”

“I would really enjoy to say so I’m happy and everything okay, but I will not, this company cannot complete this name: Express unlocks. I was waiting three weeks plus. To begin on the front, there were not information about secondary charges. They charged additional money to unlock the phone. overall for some reason I am disappointed.”

As mentioned on our checkout page, "All phones require an Eligibility check first, followed by an Unlocking Payment." If your phone does not ask for an unlocking code when you insert a non-Vodafone sim card, you'll need to go through a Remote USB Unlock. This will require an additional fee, but it ensures your phone gets unlocked [Refund Policy, Section 7.4]. To proceed with the Remote USB Unlock, you can continue the process indicated in your order status. We understand that the process involves multiple steps and payments, but everything is transparently outlined on our checkout page before purchase. You have paid £11.99 for the Eligibility Check and £26 for the Standard Unlock. Please let me know if there's any other way I can assist you, and we appreciate your patience in this matter! “It was a very easy process - however it turns out the phone wasn’t even locked!! Had my tween not been whining at me to try, I’d have read the instructions provided as to determine if phone is locked - so a waste of £50 🤦🏼‍♀️”
