“I thought everything was really easy but was surprised when half way through it’s stopped (after paying 11.99) for them to ask for another £26 to complete disappointed to say the least.”

“They took 12 pounds and then advised me that covered only 50% of the job. Very underhand indeed and then had the temerity to hide behind their terms and conditions when I complained. Furthermore, several days after submitting above have not received the 10 pounds for completing the review.”
