They did not unlock my phone network as i it was second I bought from someone and that time I didn’t knew the the sim thing is blocked or I don’t know what but someone told me to use expressunlock i tried and I miserably failed i paid 100 pound when i ask for money back they dont reply and they done nothing plz dont look at 5 star review

Based on what you've shared, it sounds like your iPhone might have been blacklisted, blocked, or had existing issues that prevented the unlock from being completed successfully. As stated in our Terms and Conditions and Refund Policy, we are unable to provide refunds if the phone is blocked or blacklisted. Here is an excerpt: "7.1 Guarantee does not apply where handset appears to be BLACKLISTED or in iCLOUD LOST mode or Blocked by Apple (Handsets are blacklisted if reported lost, stolen or abused)." While I understand this is not the outcome you hoped for, the unlock process incurs costs that are non-refundable in these scenarios. Service was quick and easy which was great. Took about 8 minutes and £11.99 to check phone has no issue like reported stolen, bad contract etc then £26 for unlocking. Initially I were not happy with the next payment as I did not read details good but all that was explained when I click on the explain button. Overall am 100% happy and recommend.

Fantastic service even tho it took a while as I thought it was the phone that was locked but it was my sim,they sent me an email to tell me that it wasn't the phone that was locked instead it was the sim and they will sort it free of charge,cudnt have asked for better service.

Tried unlocking my phone with this company as it had so many good reviews. And I can honestly say the reviews were right. It took a little bit of time to complete the unlock but whenever I had a question they responded immediately. Phone is unlocked now and can be used with any SIM card.

I googled companies that could network unlock my deceased relative's phone, as I wanted to use it and not throw it away. It was fairly easy to follow the promps. I will share that I thought it was initially $28 to unlock, thus after paying and performing an eligibility service, a 2nd fee came up to actually "unlock" it. I'm not sure where I missed it, however once I paid, appx 50-52 hours later, I rcv'd the code and it unlocked the locked network and works just fine. You may think as a newbie that you can't turn your computer off, while their system is attempting to unlock your phone, but You can. Simply go back to the website and input the IMEI number and it takes you immmediately to the tracker page. I would Recommend them because it does work, however please be aware that once you input the fee for eligibility, there is a second fee to unlock.
