“Needed to unlock my Dad's iPhone as he had changed from Tesco to Utility warehouse as his mobile supplier. For ease of use, I tried using expressunlocks.com to unlock the phone as they had good ratings and suggested that the phone would be unlocked in 3 days. After 3 days, the unlock process had reached 99% and unlock was imminent on the phone. However, it actually took 15 days in total to unlock the phone as I was told that they needed to contact the phone manufacturer for an unlock code. Communications with expressunlocks were always quickly answered, and an explanation of the process was given to me each time. All in all, after my initial doubts, the service worked well, just took a lot longer than expected / advertised. The phone has now been unlocked and works with the new Sim provider and my Dad is happy, so that is the main thing. My only complaint would be the time it took to complete the unlocking order. The customer service was good and always replied to my questions within 30 minutes by online chat, with a copy also sent to my email.”

“Really excellent service. I was a little nervous about paying out money as I had never heard of Express Unlocks and there can be so many dodgy companies out there! I have to say they were brilliant, the process was quick, easy to follow and I was able to get my old phone set up for my son to use as his first phone, within 20mins! I cannot recommend them enough. They made it very clear the other steps that I needed to follow to unlock the phone from my iCloud too. The opportunity to be able to continue supporting us should my son loose his phone, by remotely rendering it unusable too is great. Cannot recommend them enough!”

“I discovered expressunlocks.com when I googled how to unlock an EE network Samsung phone, in order to use it with an 02 sim card for one of my kids. I decided to give expressunlocks.com a go rather than purchase a new phone or spending considerable time looking for other alternatives.
