“I had been having problems with the network provider when trying to get an old phone unlocked. I came across expressunlocks online and thought I would give it a go. It was one the easiest processes and although it took a few days to complete it was done with no issues for me. Would definitely recommend”

“Did what they said they’d do. The price initially given is not the full price. There are two payments which would have been better if they were clearly displayed. The progress bar(%) is not clear either. Only noted that it had finished by an email in my inbox”

“Good service and fairly quick, it took an hour or so to get the unlock code. HOWEVER, beware because there is an additional charge after you've paid the first one and started the process. To a certain extent they've got you because you've already paid the first fee and started. If you are aware of the second (hefty) fee and continue everything worked OK”

“Express unlocked we're the only company that managed to unlock my phone online (it was locked to a now non existent network). It literally took seconds to complete. The eligibility check meant I wasn't paying out without the knowledge that the phone could be unlocked and it then took less than 2 minutes to get my code. Quick communication responses. All done over the time it took to have a quick cuppa. Would definitely use again in the future”

“For months, I faced the frustrating challenge of trying to unlock my Phone. After countless attempts and much frustration, I came across a website that offered unlocking services. Although I was initially nervous about using their service, I decided to take a chance. My situation was particularly complicated because it involved not just a standard unlock but also the PUK code, which added an extra layer of difficulty.
