“2 orders placed, 1 order missing. That's a 50% rate, so not very happy. Got a refund, that tells me they're legit, but still. You'll need to deal with better shipping companies, especially for the price charged for express shipping. May give it another try, but not too soon anyway.”

“1-2 orders a month, either by myself or my mates, we order quite a bit of party stuff from express highs. Shipping is inconsistent, it could take 4 days or 8 days, but never longer than that. Understandable, it comes from NL. Never had an issue with quality or packaging.”

“Ich habe meine Bestellung noch nicht erhalten. Mir wurde mitgeteilt, dass die Bestellung an mich geliefert wurde, aber ich habe noch nichts erhalten und weiß jetzt nicht, wo sich mein Paket befindet. Ich rief die Lieferfirma an und sie teilten mir mit, Dass er hineingeworfen wurde in der Post Aber auch in der Post habe ich nichts gefunden Ich habe letzten Donnerstag eine Bestellung aufgegeben und 25 extra bezahlt, damit sie innerhalb von 24 bis 48 Stunden ankommt, aber bis heute habe ich noch nichts erhalten.”

Hallo Bachir Wir werden für Sie Kontakt mit dem Lieferunternehmen aufnehmen. Können Sie noch einmal überprüfen, ob Sie in Ihrem Bestellverlauf die richtige Lieferadresse angegeben haben? Fragen Sie bitte auch bei Ihren Nachbarn nach, es ist ungewöhnlich, dass das Lieferunternehmen die Sendung als zugestellt kennzeichnet, ohne dass ein Zustellversuch unternommen wurde. “We payed for UPS Express delivery 24h-48h and that cost 24€ extra.They send with DPD who is 8€ and delivery time 6days.We payed in sunday morning and took UPS Express 24-48h counting that order will come to Friday,this is not first time that guys work like that.Sometimes they need whole week to sent package and sometimes they send in 24h-48h.Obviously they have jekyll and hyde guy and its like lottery who will pick up your order and how will do job.Products is very good when it come what you order but sometimes, you will get what you didnt order.I dont recommend except if you like to living on the edge of your nerves.There were some other mistakes in some previous orders, but there is no need to write more than this. Back to old shop F.Ams”

Hi Alen We've responded to you on sitejabber previously about the issue, unfortunately it was not possible to send your order with express delivery as UPS considers your postal code in Croatia a remote location, requiring a large remote location surcharge. The shipping cost has been credited to your account entirely so you got free standard delivery with your order instead. “I am quite paranoid about ordering such things online, so I have only ordered some gorilla glue 6 hash to test the shop. Prompt customer service, order arrived in four days, good concentration of CBD, makes me sleep like a baby!”

“Products are authentic, at least the party pills and CBD stuff I order, and very high quality! It’s far from what you can find in local stores, but beware, shipping may take a few days or even a week or so. I guess it depends on where you live. On average, I get mine within five days or so, double check with them if you’re not sure.”
