Hello Mano According to the tracking number your order was successfully delivered to the address provided on the 26th of September. We tried to look into it further for you and found that it's an apartment building but you did not provide an apartment number or name in your order details, so perhaps check with your neighbors, contact DPD for clarifications or contact our customer support so we can also see what we can do. “I CANT THINK OF ANOTHER PLACE TO FIND HERBAL INCENSE IN BULK. MOST SHOPS SELL 1-2G TO MAKE MONEY. EXPRESS HIGHS IS THE ONLY SHOP WHERE I COULD BUY 25G OF IT. GOOD VALUE FOR MONEY! ALSO, WOULD LIKE TO RECOMMEND MORE PRODUCTS IN THE BULK HERBAL INCENSE RANGE.”

“Good variety of chemicals, prices better than what's on the street and besides, there's no guarantee when you get it from the street. Been with express highs for nearly a year now, never had any issues whatsoever. Wish every store was like this, very high quality stuff here.”
