The ordering was simple - great! They contacted me with an alternative offer to save money - great! But the packaging was terrible, the box arrived completely open, with all contents accessible - I THINK everything is there, but will check tomorrow.

Purchased 2 wall vents, sadly they didn’t have insect mesh, as the one from the same manufacturer I purchased elsewhere.

Item was showing as in stock , turned out it wasnt ..waiting on it ariving from germany After a stort delay i did get a email responce apoligising for the delay form the manger Good price , good service , shame about the delay when shown in stock x

They couldn't deliver my order because the one I ordered was broken and they weren't going to have any more in stock, which was disappointing. But they did refund me quickly and their communication was good.

Was what as ordered but ordered on the Sunday way meant to be delivered on Tue job was on Wednesday it turned up on Thursday

Hi Darrell - we're sorry to hear that your order was not delivered in time. Tracking shows that your order was dispatched using a next day delivery service. However, on this occasion, Parcelforce took longer to deliver. We can only apologise on behalf of the courier and hope this wouldn't effect you shopping with us in the future.

Easy to order but unfortunately the items I purchased and delivery date sorted where the. Not available but I was called to let me know and a new delivery date sorted

I was informed of my order being delivered but It wasn’t clear when I placed my order for me to request where to leave it if I was out , it was only ‘after’ an attempted delivery that I was given the options

Royal Mail loss my parcel and didn’t let any one know so written a review which was picked up by the company and got on the the problem right away and maznaged to get a replacement item
