“It appears there is no correlation between stock advertised on the website and actual stock levels. It took 3 days and two emails asking for a tracking number until Express Electrical replied, telling me there is no stock. They might be ok for consumer purchases and non urgent ones. But as a business owner, I simply can’t work with poor communication and stock control. I’ll be sticking with my local wholesalers, who managed to get the same product in for me as a special order, next day. Lesson learned.”
