“Bought a set for my home an bought a set for a garden room job I have done. All seemed ok till today I noticed that on all mitred framework on the doors have been touched up with new black paint an is clearly visible. This is a real shame because I wanted to keep using you guys 👎”

“Great Service and product. Order processed very efficiently, they contacted us directly to confirm delivery. Delivery arrived exactly as planned. Doors come with full detailed instructions. Doors are of a very high quality and look very good. Really glad we chose the integrated blinds. Can't recommend the business and the product highly enough! Thank you for a greate service”

“This is our second bifold purchase from express bifolds. We were really happy with the first and love these too. The only reason this isn’t 5 star is the delivery charge (£330) which seems a lot. Other than that, the communications, service and product have been great. Thank you!”

“Brilliant, is the only way to describe the whole experience for my garden room bifold doors, from easy ordering fast delivery time and professionalism of the delivery driver. Doors were simple to fit (I would classify my self as a competent diy'er) look great and operate with ease. The only snag I had was the fitting instructions were missing for the magnetic catch and an email sent on a bank holiday was answered with the instructions attached, you can not ask for better service”

“Fantastic, I purchased 3m bifolds, 2.4m patio doors and 2 500mm windows for garden room, good strong construction. Bifold opener caught the frame when opened but once glazed and toe and heeled they opened very smoothly, a few minor marks on fitting a little pot of touch up paint would have been a nice addition. I would recommend and buy from them again. Both drivers phoned with an ETA and helped with unloading. (one reluctantly so.)”

“Very happy with the look and quality of the doors. Buying premade bi-folds that was a perfect replacement to our french doors made it possible for us to operate on a lower budget. The only snag is the magnetic door catches, the magnetics are simply not strong enough and the traffic door slams on the slightest of breezes. Also the install instructions for the catches should be included in the instructions delivered. But very happy with our purchase Kr Johan”

“I ordered my Garden Room BiFold doors earlier than i needed them to take advantage of the New Year sale. I dealt with Ian who very kindly agred to hold on to my order until i was ready for them to be delivered. Approx 8 weeks later I was ready for the doors (and window) to be delivered. Again I spoke with Ian and we agreed a deliery day/date. The day before my delivery the driver contacted me to agree a time. He arrived exactly on time and was very helpful in unloading these with me. These were really well packaged and protected. Excellent service and top quality doors and windows. I highly recommend Express Bi-Folds. Andy Mason”

“The ordering process was simple and self explanatory, the delivery was on the date identified and as expected. The delivery driver was most helpful and a pleasure. The bifolds were spot on for size and quality, and fitted within the day. The inbuilt blinds are well worth the extra cost as is the fixing kit. Most pleased with the experience from start to finish.”

“The ordering process was very quick , with the windows and bi fold doors arriving within days and on the day I specified. The service from the driver was exalant, who helped move the the windows and doors - be warned the bi folds are very heavy, I took 3 people to move the bi fold frame. Fitting was very simple for a competent person and I was very impressed with all the windows an doors supplied”

“Placed an order for some 3m aluminium bifolds for a garden room I'm building following recommendation from Oakwood Garden Rooms on YouTube. Order delivered promptly and well within the 5 days they say, timings advised with a helpful and friendly delivery driver. Product absolutely perfect, was a bit worried at first as door didn't fully pull in/close at the bottom but once glazed and heel and toed it was 100%, bifolds work seamlessly, would recommend.”
