“DO NOT BUY!!! Doors installed and within 3 weeks keys snapping off in the lock. Poor quality locks and keys that will never last. Poor customer service - no support / advice and immediate brush off. Expert locksmith came to review doors and confirmed - cheap keys and locking system that would never last.”

Thank you for your feedback Bridey, we’re sorry to hear of your disappointment. Looking at the details of your order, we have supplied a premium three-star security lock cylinder. The product was supplied on a supply only basis and installed by a third party. As we were not present on site, it is hard to say how a key has broken. As the cylinder has rotated by 90 degrees, there appears to be no fault with the barrel and unlikely to be an issue with the lock itself, if this were the case it would be unlikely that the barrel would rotate at all. It may be the case that a slight adjustment may be required, in which case you may wish to contact the original installer. We would be more than happy to support in remedying this for you if required but a call out fee would apply for the labour.

“I am in the process of building a garden room and was recommended Express Bi-Folds from Liam @ Oakwood Garden Rooms. The whole process was so straight forward, first choosing the bi-folds and a single door on the website. I was kept informed via email and telephone calls. I even received a call from the driver with my eta on the morning of my delivery. Installation was easy and the doors glide effortlessly. I am very impressed with the service as a whole from Express Bi-folds. Wish I had more to fit. Peter James”

“Purchased a set of bi-folds and letterbox window for a garden room project and was really impressed with the service received from the team, as well as turnaround time. The quality speaks for itself and you can really see the workmanship put into their manufacture. After care and installation support was made available, should you need it. I think Express are definitely worth considering as a supplier for those looking to achieve an impressive finish to a project. They really finish the building off and were a doddle to fit! Already got others I know getting orders in!”

“Overall process with express bi-fold direct was very good. Quality - extremely impressed. Even my builder was so pleased as it was relatively straightforward to install it. Instructions could be a little more clearer as most of the steps were already completed before it was delivered.”

“The simply couldn't be easier! Looked on the website, which is easy to navigate. Ordered which again was very simple, with dropdown menus and tick boxes. The doors and windows were delivered in two days by a very polite driver! overall 10 out of 10. well done and thank you.”
