“The window and Bifolds look amazing in our garden room. Your team were super helpful when the beginning of our project over-ran and you were able to adjust our delivery date with no issue. When they were delivered the delivery driver was friendly and super helpful. The product was well packaged and fitting the doors was a breeze following the instructions given. Really pleased with the quality and overall finished aesthetic and will be very happy to recommend you to friends and family.”

“Good quality doors and relatively easy to fit with the help of Liam’s videos (Oakwood Garden Rooms). The doors slide easily and fold back into place effortlessly. It would be even better if the cill and frame had a plastic protective covering on the aluminium to protect whilst other works on the build continued, but they were heavily protected with cardboard for transit. Would definitely recommend and use for future builds.”

“I don't normally write reviews, but Express Bifolds Direct were fantastic. Recommended by Oakwood Garden Rooms You Tube Videos, I knew the quality would be great, but the ordering, delivery and aftercare were also fantastic. Upon ordering you are contacted quickly where you are given a delivery date, mine was 3 days after ordering. I was contacted by the driver the evening before delivery to give me an eta. The driver also assisted with offloading and gave me some tips on installation. There were some instructions missing from the pack.... or i miss placed them, so emailed Express and had a response with the instructions within 10 minutes. Oh and the bifold doors I ordered are really good quality, a really nice finish and all the iron mongery is excellent. Thank you Express Bifolds Direct A tip to anyone ordering, the direct side of the business send out the frame fully assembled, so make sure it fits through your house if you don't have side access”

“My new bifold door for my garden room is of excellent quality. Great delivery. I couldn't be more pleased now they're fitted. I'd recommend these doors. The instructions book, for someone with no experience fitting doors or windows, was a bit too basic. I relied on Oakwood Garden Room's YouTube channel to provide more details. That being said, installation was fairly easy. I bought the fitters pack. It was useful but for £45 it would've been nice to include a glazing shovel. My box was missing instructions for fitting the magnets. I was expecting 2 trickle vents. My 3m door only had one central vent. “DO NOT BUY!!! Doors installed and within 3 weeks keys snapping off in the lock. Poor quality locks and keys that will never last. Poor customer service - no support / advice and immediate brush off. Expert locksmith came to review doors and confirmed - cheap keys and locking system that would never last.”

Thank you for your feedback Bridey, we’re sorry to hear of your disappointment. Looking at the details of your order, we have supplied a premium three-star security lock cylinder. The product was supplied on a supply only basis and installed by a third party. As we were not present on site, it is hard to say how a key has broken. As the cylinder has rotated by 90 degrees, there appears to be no fault with the barrel and unlikely to be an issue with the lock itself, if this were the case it would be unlikely that the barrel would rotate at all. It may be the case that a slight adjustment may be required, in which case you may wish to contact the original installer. We would be more than happy to support in remedying this for you if required but a call out fee would apply for the labour.
