Pleased with products, very very disapointed that both were not in a "presentation box " togther. As they were in seperate boxes it defeated our aim for presentation gift.

I am bothered to write a satisfaction or disappointment regarding Executive Pens. Choice for writing and replacement of parts for our pens, friendly people during email exchanges but.. an order placed on 12/18/2024 is still not delivered on 01/03/2025, seriously. I have received packages from further away in less time. So, I would put 4 stars for the site and the people but if all the parcel shipments are like that, it is not very serious, so, one star less.. sorry.

I received the pen that was meant to be engraved and wrapped up as a gift, neither engraved, nor wrapped up. When I contacted the store, no apology was offered, rather just instructions of how to send it back.

I have bought two pens before, each of the same type I bought regarding this review. I was somewhat dissapointed in the engraving on this pen. The engraving was on the top of the pen (the bit with the clip) and was not prominent. Not as good as the previous two.

I'm very sorry to hear about the issue with your misspelled surname on your order. As a procedure, our team copy-and-pastes your details from the order. We do try our best to flag up any obvious spelling mistakes where they are noticed however this is not always possible especially for names as there is such a wide variety of names and spellings. We provide a product engraving preview to help our customers proof their orders before placing them but understand miss typing can still happen. Providing great customer service is at the heart of everything we do and we want all of our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchases so as a gesture of goodwill we would be more than happy to send a replacement pen and pencil with the correct engraving at half price for you. The pen is very good quality, good engraving and smartly wrapped, however arrived with an empty ink cartridge, which is disappointing

Regarding the empty ink refill, Cross ballpoint pens are provided with refills as standard and should work out of the box. However they do come with a small wax seal over the end of the nib which you just need to peel off. This is there to prevent the refill drying out during storage in the warehouse so that it arrives to you in perfect working order. I would like to give a better score: The pens are good value, write well, and the service excellent. However, one of the pens doesn't write consistently and I have to stop and shake the ink down . I have to store it upside down to ensure the ink keeps flowing

The pen itself was nice but the engraving was weird - I'd chosen the option to get it engraved front and back and it was upside down on one side of the pen, which was disappointing. No time to send it back as it was for my dad's birthday. I have given three stars as it arrived quickly and the pen was nice. But shame about the engraving!

The pencil case is of good quality and came at a decent price. However, despite the website suggesting the item was in stock, it turned out not to be and its eventual delivery came quite a few days after my wife's birthday when, obviously, it was meant to be a present given on the day. The customer services agent was understanding when I phoned (before the birthday, to find out its expected arrival date and said he would look to see if there could be some form of recompense. I heard nothing else but there was a small pack of Haribo's in the parcel so that might have been it. :|

Hi Jake I am very sorry for any confusion you have had here. I can see you ordered the Parker IM Black trim ballpoint pen, meaning the pen itself is black coloured and the engraving comes out gold. Unfortunately all of the Parker IM ballpoint pen range are supplied by Parker with Blue ink as standard, however we do offer an extra black or blue refill as an addon on the product itself so that you can change the ink. Alternatively we can do this for you after you place your order, just drop us a quick message and we can do this. Hi Keeley I am so sorry you were not as pleased with the engraving as you had hoped. I would like to find out if there was any specific issues or concerns you had with the finish as we have had really good feedback regarding our engraving. These pens are laser etched so we remove the black lacquer with a laser which allows us to give a very detailed and intricate engraving finish. We don't drag engrave these pens because the lacquer is very brittle and can chip while using a diamond engraving tip. We believe the laser finish gives a cleaner and more lasting finish and the engraving comes out a nice shiny gold to complement the gold trims of the pen. However we are always looking to hear feedback from our customers both good and bad to learn how we can continually improve our offering in future. This was not a pen it was a multi function pencil I sent it back the description was for pens not the pencil it is a waste because you cannot use the ruler and the pencil at the same time it does not have a spirit level like the pens do and I don't know how strong it would be for tightening screws.

Unfortunately I can’t give five stars. I was contacted a few days after an internet order was placed to advise me that there was insufficient stock to complete the transaction and that it was unlikely that the stock would be replenished. Had I known that only three units was available I would have looked elsewhere rather than having to pay twice for postage.

I was rather disappointed with my order when it arrived, but have only myself to blame for not reading the blurb carefully enough. I was expecting pencils with 7 colours in the lead, but there were only 4. Also, I hate triangular pencils, and would have avoided these if I'd been properly awake. The Japanese company Kirin make a 7 colour pencil called a Black Pal, but they are hard to source.

The Waterman Fountain Pen is a present for my eldest daughter. I had it gift wrapped and engraved with her name, so I haven’t opened the box it came in. Hopefully it will be pristine and will write beautifully. Can’t award stars for obvious reasons, but the pen arrived in the post about 5 days after my order which is good.
