“I ordered a Cross matte black biro with stylus tip as a leaving gift for a friend at work. I was very pleased with the item: it looks much more expensive than its very reasonable cost. Postage was prompt and the item was packaged appropriately (which I haven't always found to be the case with some online sellers). I was particularly pleased with the free refill offer- a small thing in the grand scheme but it was a nice touch. Would definitely recommend.”

“Waterman makes great fountain pens, but I had no idea that they made mechanical pencils! The pencil itself is beautiful. Executive Pens Direct priced the item well, shipped it quickly, it arrived quickly, and so far works great. I would have no problem buying from them in the future.”
