“I bought a Parker pen and had it engraved it for my nephew who was going to university ...he absolutely loved it. Lovely presentation and engraving looked really good. It was delivered on time with a real personal touch (the sweets were a real nice touch) I will definitely be recommending executive pens direct.”

The last pen available kept popping in and out of the basket.Soon sorted with a quick phone call with a staff member who was one of the most helpful customer friendly sales people I have come across in over 40 years in retail myself. Pen with engraving arrived next day and excelled my expectations for a 25th wedding anniversary gift which my wife was delighted with and won't put down.
