We offer a personalised engraving service for most of our products. Our engraved pens make the perfect gifts for birthdays, Christmas and graduation and our engraving is done in-house so orders are shipped quickly and efficiently. In addition there are no minimum order requirements so you can purchase 1-1000 engraved pens. If you would like a price for a bulk quote please contact us as we can offer great discounts.

“What a superb company! My telephone call (necessitated by a fault with my email, nothing to do with them) was answered promptly by an actual person!! Not a machine, and he was so helpful and friendly, it was a pleasure to chat. He sorted my query out immediately. My pen, a present, arrived promptly, beautifully packaged and was perfect.”

“Les produits achetés sont impeccables, l'envoi rapide et l'emballage soigné. Mais encore une fois, bien que le site soit en français pour les commandes, l'expédition provient de la Grande Bretagne ne faisant plus partie de la CEE. Donc la mauvaise surprise sont les frais de douane non prévus à la base. Donc pour les continentaux c'est un vendeur à proscrire, pour l'instant.”

“Hey! have you ever felt like a numbskull, dunderhead or more likely a Divvy? Well I did. I went on line and ordered what I thought was the correct refil for my Shaefer rollerball pen. On arrival one of the two refils had leaked (a double packet). On telephoning I spoke to 'Tom' who immediately posted me a replacement which was received by midday the following day. WOW! with our postal system today that was amazing.It wasn't until I swopped tha refils to realise, all along, I had ordered the wrong refils. Being totally embarrased I wrote an apology and returned all which I had received. On answering the dreaded phone call, Tom was so understanding, but then informed me that my required refil was no longer being produced. I had to purchase the more expensive original refil. The final result was:- a) I reiceved a full refund for my first purchase (not including the second postage), b) my proper Shaefer refill was received a few days later. And finally c) Thank You for my packet of 'Halibor'. Thank You Tom for your kind words and understanding you will always be remembered as my 'Uncle Tom' of The Executive Pen Directs. PS: Sorry for this long diatribe but it was worth spreading the word.”

“An amazing nib! Worked great as a replacement for the travlers company brass fountain pen. Took a while for the ink to get to the nib, but it's worked flawless ever since! Not a super fine nib for an ef but definitely thinner than the fine that comes custom in this pen. If you're looking for something a little thinner I would recommend.”
