We offer a personalised engraving service for most of our products. Our engraved pens make the perfect gifts for birthdays, Christmas and graduation and our engraving is done in-house so orders are shipped quickly and efficiently. In addition there are no minimum order requirements so you can purchase 1-1000 engraved pens. If you would like a price for a bulk quote please contact us as we can offer great discounts.

Regarding the empty ink refill, Cross ballpoint pens are provided with refills as standard and should work out of the box. However they do come with a small wax seal over the end of the nib which you just need to peel off. This is there to prevent the refill drying out during storage in the warehouse so that it arrives to you in perfect working order. “Delighted with the Otto Hutt ball point pen. As this was a graduation gift, I can't comment on its performance but the design is elegant and the finish is excellent. The purchase process was simple and efficient and the price paid very competitive. Only minor issue , the silver cleaning cloth which advertised, never arrived - a minor issue .”
