“Ordered a pen for a birthday gift , it was not in stock had to wait a while for an alternative that I chose but to their credit the customer service was excellent with good communication so I knew what was happening every step of the way . “The pens came out really gorgeous! I was a bit worried at first that they wouldn't come out right because i wrote the names in Hebrew, but they came out absolutely perfect! I will definitely order from Executive Pens Direct again soon.”
