HI Paul I am very sorry about any issues you have had with your delivery. The Royal Mail are really struggling to process the increased volume of parcels they are seeing during the lockdown from covid-19 and unfortunately, despite their heroic efforts, we have seen a few parcels delayed longer than expected. We are speaking to them frequently to keep up to date with ongoing issues. I will contact you directly to get this issue resolved and get replacement refills sent out via an express service to make sure you get it as quick as we can. Apologies once again. Have a great day. Hi Sahil I am sorry for any inconvenience you have had with the Royal Mail delivery. I have tracked your order via the Royal Mail site and there was a delivery attempted on 2nd May but they were unable to deliver due to no answer. I will email you directly now regarding this to see if we can get your parcel delivered as the Royal Mail are are currently holding the parcel at your local delivery office ready for pick up or redelivery. “All done to order. I was impressed by the touching packet of sweets nice in time of National disarray. You know I used to buy great goods from a shop in Newcastle in Grey St just down from the Theatre Royal by name of Mawson Swan and Morgan your service reminded me of that old fashioned quality so lacking these days. They sold posh pens in those days.”

“Really impressed with the pen plus the gift wrapping As it was a 60th birthday gift for family member and he loved it, very good value for money. Only problem was I paid for next day delivery and didn’t receive it until week later . Apart from that I shall purchase from you again .”
