Our engraved pens make the perfect gifts for birthdays, Christmas and graduation and our engraving is done in-house so orders are shipped quickly and efficiently. “The pen I ordered arrived safely and in good time. It was perfect except for one thing, I had ordered black ink for my biro and it arrived with blue? I rang and was answered by a really helpful and polite member of staff who was hugely apologetic and promised a refil in the post that day. It arrived the following day with an apology card and some sweets! It's not making mistakes that matter. We all can do that. Its how companies put them right. Perfect.”
