“Excellent service throughout - from the phone call made to purchase a pen my grandson had seen on line - to delivery a couple of days later. Very impressed. Grandson is delighted with the pen ( which reflects the London skyline that he enjoys so much on his trips to visit us from his home in Deebyshire! it was a special present for someone with a birthday the week before Christmas! “This was purchased as a gift for my dad, who does a lot of writing & wanted to give a quill a try. Although I haven't used the pen (which is now wrapped up ready for Christmas) it arrived very quickly & in beautiful condition with a lovely little note of thanks & a packet of sweets! “Good quality, the pen looks really pretty and the engraving was good quality too. The cartridges of ink run out fairly quickly and the item was quite pricey but overall it's a good buy, definitely would recommend for a gift!”
