We offer a personalised engraving service for most of our products. Our engraved pens make the perfect gifts for birthdays, Christmas and graduation and our engraving is done in-house so orders are shipped quickly and efficiently. In addition there are no minimum order requirements so you can purchase 1-1000 engraved pens. If you would like a price for a bulk quote please contact us as we can offer great discounts.

The Pen came with a crack a small one but it is still a crack and I have also ordered a a ink converter but for somereason insdead of sending me a convertor that is the same brand as my pen they sent me completely different brand..

We want all of our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchases and order experience and would love to get this rectified for you. Regarding your ink converter I can see you have purchased a Visconti Fountain Pen Converter rather than a Lamy Fountain Pen Converter but we can certainly arrange a return for this one and a swap to a Lamy converter compatible with your new Lamy fountain pen if that is what you require. I'm very sorry to hear about the issue with your misspelled surname on your order. As a procedure, our team copy-and-pastes your details from the order. We do try our best to flag up any obvious spelling mistakes where they are noticed however this is not always possible especially for names as there is such a wide variety of names and spellings. We provide a product engraving preview to help our customers proof their orders before placing them but understand miss typing can still happen. Providing great customer service is at the heart of everything we do and we want all of our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchases so as a gesture of goodwill we would be more than happy to send a replacement pen and pencil with the correct engraving at half price for you. Not much to say. My daughter who likes to draw requested a very specific product which I could only source from this company. I couldn't even get the product from the manufacturer. Shipping was pricey but as mentioned. Only company with the product on hand AND abilty to send where it was requested. Will use again in the future. If you can't find it here then it can't be found...

What a superb company! My telephone call (necessitated by a fault with my email, nothing to do with them) was answered promptly by an actual person!! I bought a fountain pen nib from Schmidt before which I liked very much, which was better than my other nib that was made of gold. So I bought it again recently. The purchase online was so easy and friendly. The experience was pleasant. The delivery was fast. I would highly recommend it.

Les produits achetés sont impeccables, l'envoi rapide et l'emballage soigné. Mais encore une fois, bien que le site soit en français pour les commandes, l'expédition provient de la Grande Bretagne ne faisant plus partie de la CEE. Donc la mauvaise surprise sont les frais de douane non prévus à la base. Donc pour les continentaux c'est un vendeur à proscrire, pour l'instant.

Hey! have you ever felt like a numbskull, dunderhead or more likely a Divvy? Well I did. I went on line and ordered what I thought was the correct refil for my Shaefer rollerball pen. On arrival one of the two refils had leaked (a double packet). On telephoning I spoke to 'Tom' who immediately posted me a replacement which was received by midday the following day. WOW! with our postal system today that was amazing.It wasn't until I swopped tha refils to realise, all along, I had ordered the wrong refils. Being totally embarrased I wrote an apology and returned all which I had received. On answering the dreaded phone call, Tom was so understanding, but then informed me that my required refil was no longer being produced. I had to purchase the more expensive original refil. The final result was:- a) I reiceved a full refund for my first purchase (not including the second postage), b) my proper Shaefer refill was received a few days later. And finally c) Thank You for my packet of 'Halibor'. Thank You Tom for your kind words and understanding you will always be remembered as my 'Uncle Tom' of The Executive Pen Directs. PS: Sorry for this long diatribe but it was worth spreading the word.
