“My Sheaffer pen, bought as a set with a pencil in the '60's, stopped filling for a second time, so contacted EPD who had a look at the problem. They reported a number of reasons could be the problem. I gave permission for them to do whatever was required to make a favourite pen use able once more and the pen was returned in a few days.”

“I ordered two pen refills, and they never arrived. Two weeks on, still nothing!! I got a refund in the end, and ordered the same two refills from another seller. They arrived within 3 days. I would not recommend this company to anyone....”

Hello Jill, I'm very sorry to hear that this hasn't arrived for you yet. I can see that your order was dispatched within 3 hours of being placed. Unfortunately at the moment like many other companies we are seeing some issues with the Royal Mail in particular parts of the country - with covid causing staff shortages and a influx of weather issues causing delays too. I've taken a look at your account and I can see you spoke to one of my colleagues regarding this situation after 5 days of the order being placed which was then refunded for you instantly. This can take a few days to drop back into your bank account as this is a standard procedure with any company. I'm glad to hear you managed to get the refills from another company and I'm sorry to hear you wouldn't recommend us to anyone. I apologise again for the incovience the situation has caused. “I purchased the pen for my son's forthcoming 40th birthday. I also had it engraved. I was very pleased and delighted with the engraving and the pen. It was very professional. As his birthday is not for a few weeks yet, he has not seen the pen, but I'm sure he will love it. Thank you also for the packet of sweets. It was very thoughtful. I would highly recommend Executive Pens Direct to anyone. Thank you once again.”

“Ordered black ink and within minutes had an acknowledgement and thanks. I was given a possible delivery date . However, the item arrived two days later and much earlier than stated. It was well packaged and unopened. The shopping experience was excellent and I would recommend the firm and shop again if required.”
